CÓMO USAR EL ENERGY PASS

Energy Pass simplifica el proceso de carga pública al eliminar la necesidad de utilizar múltiples aplicaciones para estaciones de carga públicas. Instead, you can use the Energy Pass feature in your vehicles mobile app* to locate, use and pay for charging at thousands of charging stations across the United States and Canada, including networks like IONNA, Electrify America, Supercharger*y otras que están por venir, como ChargePoint.


Además de facilitar el acceso a un número cada vez mayor de estaciones de carga, Energy Pass también te permite: 

• Usar la función Plug & Charge para una carga instantánea en estaciones compatibles. 
• Ver el nivel de batería disponible de tu vehículo.r 
• Establecer un nivel de carga objetivo por porcentaje de batería o límite de tiempo. 
• Consultar los detalles de tus cargas recientes, incluyendo la ubicación, la duración y el costo, en el Historial de transacciones. 
• Enjoy promotional* DC fast charging rates at select locations.

Energy Pass está disponible para todos los vehículos eléctricos de GM. The feature can be accessed through your vehicle's mobile app* once you activate Energy Pass.

First, you must have an active GM account and be logged in to your vehicle’s mobile app* to create an Energy Pass account. Cuando esté listo, sigue los pasos a continuación para crear tu cuenta de Energy Pass:

1. Open the myCadillac app* y selecciona el widget "Activar Energy Pass" en la pantalla de inicio.
2. Pulsa "Empezar" para continuar. 
3. Agrega o selecciona tu método de pago registrado y luego toca "Activar".

Una vez completada la activación de la cuenta, serás redirigido a la página donde podrás solicitar un adaptador NACS homologado, si fuera necesario. If you already have an approved adapter, you can return to your vehicle's mobile app* Home Screen.
 

If you are an existing user, you may need to ensure you have Plug & Charge access turned on. 

1. Open your myCadillac mobile app​. 
2. Click on your initials in the upper right corner.​ 
3. Select Energy Pass in the drop-down menu​. 
4. Click on "included networks"​ and select the network with supported Plug & Charge. 
5. Toggle on Plug & Charge. 

1. Open your vehicle’s mobile app* and select the Map button to view nearby EV charging stations.

a. Use the search bar to locate specific compatible stations.

b. Select Plan Route for directions to a station.

c. Select Send To to open a station’s location in another navigation app. 

2. Drive to the chosen public charging station using your chosen navigation method. 

3. If Plug & Charge is enabled, your vehicle will charge automatically when connected to a compatible station.

4. If Plug & Charge is not enabled, you will need to start your charging session manually in the vehicle’s mobile app* or using the station controls once connected to a compatible station.
