USE POWER DOORS FOR EASY ENTRY AND EXIT
Power Doors enable you to open and close the driver and passenger doors using the power feature or open them manually with Power Assist. You can also control the doors with the interior door handle or the Front Command Center touch-screen (and rear touch-screen, if equipped).
OPENING OR CLOSING POWER DOORS WITH THE EXTERIOR DOOR HANDLES
1. Press the button on the inner surface of the exterior door handle.
- One press unlocks (when the key fob is within range), unlatches and opens the door.
2. Press this button as the door is opening and the door will stop.
3. Press the button again to close the door.
MANUAL OPEN
1. Press and hold the exterior door-handle button as you pull the door open.
- You’ll notice that your action is being power assisted.
2. To close the door, press the button on the exterior door handle or push closed as with a non-powered door.
OPENING POWER DOORS WITH THE INTERIOR DOOR HANDLES
FRONT-SEAT OCCUPANTS:
1. Locate the flat metal door handle on the door-panel armrest.
2. Use a slight pull upward to unlock and open the door.
REAR-SEAT OCCUPANTS:
1. If the vehicle is locked, give the door handle one slight pull to unlock the door and a second slight pull to open it.
Note: If the vehicle loses power, pull the door handle up to its full extent to open the doors. In a vehicle with power, pulling the door handle fully upward will still activate Power Doors.

You can lock or unlock your doors and control Child Safety Locks from the Front Command Center using the virtual icons on the Power Doors screen.
1. Tap the Lock or Unlock icon to lock or unlock all doors.

3. Select on or off.
Note: Some functions, including Child Safety Locks and the charge port door, are shown on the Front Command Center screen only.
CUSTOMIZING DOOR SETTINGS
In your center display, you can set how far your Power Doors open. Go to Settings > Vehicle > Doors and Locks > Power Doors and select from these options:
- Slight Opening – approximately 10% open
- Standard Opening – a little over halfway open
- Maximum Opening – almost fully open
- Manual – the Power Doors feature is off
If desired, you can also set your driver’s door to close automatically when you press the brake pedal. Go to Settings > Vehicle> Doors and Locks > Brake to Close Driver Door. If enabled, Brake to Close is available even if your Power Doors customization is set to Manual.
Note: To lock the door from outside the vehicle, use the touch-sensitive emblem on the door handle (located right of center). Avoid touching this switch while operating Power Doors.
Note: Power Doors will not open with a slight pull if the vehicle is moving at a speed greater than 3 km/h (approximately 2 mph).
